I found my way to surface pattern design in 2021 through my love of patterns, repetition, and inspired by 1990s iSpy children's books. To me, it feels like solving a puzzle: arranging the elements, filling in the gaps, and making the whole pattern flow smoothly.

I create my designs in Procreate, using textures like watercolor or cleaner vector-style lines, then arrange and polish each pattern in Affinity Designer.
